I have nothing but high regards for this property...The staff was exceptionally professional, polite & very helpful...The hotel is gorgeous, the old world design & decoration is very tastefully done...Our 7-night stay on the 5th floor unit was perfect, the hotel was very accommodating, being there was a seating room, w/a door separating the main bedroom, where they moved a lovely red sofa & replaced it with a comfortable twin bed for me,-(being I snore & not to disturb my wife) & placed the sofa in her bedroom, along w/a lovely small powder room, not expected, it was a perfect situation...The breakfast buffet each day was delicious & the location was quiet & perfect for exploring Florence...They also assisted me w/arranging to park my rental car, to explore Tuscany in a garage, just behind the hotel...If we ever travel back to Florence again, we'll definitely stay there, loved it !

The hospitality, front desk they were very attentive, patient, and helped us take the virtual covid test by providing us the room, in a pvt area, and looking into our needs. They suggested us with an excellent choice of bars and dining options, The attention to detail and customer satisfaction was top notch. will recommend to others n if im back will certainly stay at your hotel. The continental breakfast was exceptional, diverse variety, yummy and great service by the staff. Thanks you for making us feel so comfortable. My only feedback is to have better wireless connection, since we did experience this issue.

This hotel is very well located, almost close to every tourist sites you want to visit! Florence Cathedral, Uffizi, the famous bridge, all working distance, even the garage is located almost right at the back door of the hotel! Ok, it is not a good idea to drive in Florence though, small streets and a lot of tourists! The hotel is very clean and all receptions are very helpful, they tried to find a ticket for me to visit “David” 😊 So definitely recommend this hotel!

Superbly located hotel in an old palazzo (supposedly the oldest hotel in Florence?). So central — a 10 minute walk to every major attraction in the Florence city centre. The breakfast buffet is superb! Such fresh delicious food. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The staff are beyond helpful, so good at making reservations, recommending restaurants, providing random bits that were needed (like super glue!), brilliant service :)

Card for electricity in room kept "failing" and not working... lights also confusing... so many switches also not clear the wardrobe ones how to switch-off... breakfast super offering but lacked some logicals eg plates not quickly visible... but in general beautiful presentation and signage... and great offering
